Patients over 19 years of age who no longer have a chosen general practitioner can register at the additional family medicine clinic. Medical staff will temporarily assign you to this clinic, where you can remain registered until you find a new general practitioner.
Appointment booking options: by e-mail, by telephone, by post, or in person. For external patients: by submitting the referral at the entrance triage. For internal patients: by submitting the referral in the mailbox located in the clinic waiting room.

Please submit your referral no later than 30 minutes before the end of office hours.
All patients (including self-payers) must present a valid referral or X-ray request from their personal dentist at the time of the examination.
For all X-ray imaging (except EMERGENCY cases), an appointment during our office hours is required.
