Patients over 19 years of age who no longer have a chosen general practitioner can register at the additional family medicine clinic. Medical staff will temporarily assign you to this clinic, where you can remain registered until you find a new general practitioner.
The Pharmacist Consultation Clinic performs pharmacotherapeutic reviews. The goal of a pharmacotherapeutic review is to optimize and rationalize drug therapy, reduce adverse effects, and improve or maintain health-related quality of life.
You can be referred to a clinical pharmacist by your personal doctor; a work order (referral form) is required for the consultation.
