Your feedback is highly valued. We sincerely appreciate each compliment, which motivates us, as well as any complaints, which we will meticulously examine and resolve.
To facilitate the submission of written requests, you may utilize the complaint form. Additionally, electronic forms for both compliments and complaints are available.
Complaint Resolution
A patient can submit an initial request to review a violation of patients’ rights if they believe there was inappropriate attitude within 15 days of the suspected violation or within 30 days after finishing medical treatment, in cases of alleged misconduct by healthcare staff. The request can be submitted verbally during working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (a written record will be created), or in writing to the address:
